Join us at Beckenham & Stanhope Bowling Club, where you can experience the thrill of lawn bowls in a friendly and welcoming environment. Whether you’re 18 or 88, our small club is the perfect place to relax, make new friends, and become part of the local community.

We open our bowls season for 2026 with our
First Open Day for you on Saturday 25th April between 10 am and 4pm
then
OPEN DAYS on the 1st MONDAY of EACH MONTH from MAY to SEPTEMBER, between 1:45pm to 4pm.
We are not finished yet: We also have our Big Bowls Weekend on
Friday 22nd May, between 2pm and 4pm,
Saturday 23rd May, between 10am and 4pm
Sunday 24th May, between 10am and 4pm
It’s absolutely free to give lawn bowls a try with us! Simply turn up or send us a message through our Contact Form to let us know which day you’ll be visiting.
Location and Convenience
We are conveniently located in Croydon Road Recreation Ground, Beckenham, adjacent to the basketball court here. There’s street parking in Village Way or at Sainsbury’s car park.
